- Organizational meeting to discuss logistics, vendor information, and all wedding details
- Unlimited phone calls, emails, and texts
- Day of itinerary created specifically to cater all of your needs – itinerary distributed to all vendors
- Coordinate and run rehearsal
- Ensure ceremony site is set up to couple’s expectations
- Coordinate and line up wedding party for the ceremony processional
- Vendor management – confirm details in advance, point person for them the day of the wedding
- Ensure reception site is set up to couple’s expectations and staff is prepared
- Set out personal decor items – guest book, place cards, table name cards, favors, photos, cake knife, menus, etc.
- Make sure candles are lit if needed
- Gather and organize wedding party before grand entrance to the reception
- Ensure reception runs smoothly
- Distribute gratuities and/or final payments to vendors on your behalf
- Personal assistant to Bride and Groom
- Assist wedding party with any questions or concerns
- Keep wedding and wedding party on track with scheduled times
- Work with Bride and Groom to create list of photos that need to be taken
- Ensure end of event arrangements are made for items such as gifts, guest book, toasting flutes, photos, etc.
